| If you actually read the reviews that rated these idiots (offroadtoystore) a 10, you can plainly see that all of them are generic. Most are even worded very close to the same way utilizing words like customer service and such. When I order online, unless there is a problem, I don't talk to their customer service. Yet most who gave a 10 has?? Offroadtoystore.com are losers and thieves. Funny too how most of the people who got their stuff are from NY, LA, and CO.... Just a weird coincidence? I'm kinda thinking NO. |

| I was also scammed by Offroad Toy Store and just recently discovered all data regarding corporations is public knowledge. I searched the State Corporation Commission of Colorado's database for this corporation and located the owner's personal information. I plan to send a certified letter demanding a full refund or delivery of product immediately. I am hoping this information will assist all of you in recouping your lost money or the product you wanted. Michael Joseph Nevitt (owner and registered agent) Off Road Toy Store Littleton, CO He has lost his corporate status with Colorado for failure to file his annual report EVERY year since he started his business in 2004 - not surprising, huh? The website is back up again so he is back in business and all of us are entitled to our money or product ordered. Again - all of this data was gained legally from Colorado's database. I hope this is helpful. |

| I ordered from OffRoadToystore and within a week, everything was on my driveway. Only small issue I had with them was the wrong type of u-bolts needed for the new leafs, axle type. Other than that, I spent over 2,000.00 and everything was absolutely perfect. Truck is still running just as good as it ever did. We take that truck upstate NY every weekend. | |

| Bought a RE lift for my Grand cherokee beginning of June. End of june still no lift so I email them. Get a response saying it will ship the next day. I wait a while and still nothing. Try to call them and phone is disconnected. Get ahold of their cell number and am promised it will ship a week later, then they stopped communicationg at all. Filed complaint with paypal, which was ruled in my favor but there is no money in their account to recover so I got nothing. | |

| I ordered a skidplate from them. Never was shipped, then received an email from the company that actually makes them telling me they have them in stock, but can't ship because they haven't received payment. I filed a dispute with paypall, and they found in my favor, HOWEVER they said they can't collect from them. Offroadtoystore's web page is down, and their phone is disconnected. So I'm out $245 dollars. Sucks. Stay away from these folks. | |

| Order a shorty SYE and Tom Woods drive shaft. Received the drive shaft but no sye. Called Offroad Toy Store and the phone is disconnected. Contacted JB Conversions and they said they have the order but could not release it because Offroad Toy Store credit card was no good. JB Conversions can not get a hold of them either. Guess I am going to have to file a complaint thru my credit card. | |

| Drop ships mfg orders from residence. In my case ordered online and paid with Paypal. One full week later order status was still only just received, not shipped. They don't respond to e-mails, didn't respond to Paypal dispute and to top it off their phone number has been cut off. I've e-mailed them to cancel my order, but haven't heard back as yet. Upgraded Paypal dispute to full complaint for paypal resolution. | |

| Order a set of wheels from them in May and go no repsonse or return emails. Called Procomp in Chula Vista, CA and he never ordered them to begin with. Had to file claim with credit card company and BBB in Colorado in which he already has 7 claims and they rate him as an F. Do not order from his website or ebay. He does not respond and you wont get your order. His adress is a home that he just places orders. He just forwards it on and doesnt have a wharehouse of parts. |

| I should of done my homework before I ordered from Off Road Toy Store. I actually ordered 5 things from them before, so even being a repeat customer didn't help. I ordered a Currie Steering System over a month ago and I am still waiting on it. Actually I cancelled my order today so I am waiting on my refund now. I tried the phone call, all hours of the day and only got an answering machine. I thought that owners of a business would answer their phone during business hours, but not at Off Road Toy Store. They tell you for information on orders email them. I expected an order status update. Not at Off Road Toy Store. It took over a week to get a response and I had to threaten them with fraud charges. Then they tried to pin the no contact issue on me, like I hadn't done enough by giving them $400. I should be ashamed. I would never recommend or order anything from them. Northridge 4x4 is a much better distributor. | |

| Simply put, I ordered a bracket from them seeing that they were cheaper, but I failed to research them first. After 10 days, no tracking number, no returned phone calls, no returned emails and no part. The manufacturer of the part tells me that they never ordered one to be sent out. | I ordered a lift kit from these bozos over 3 months ago. Took two months to receive, then parts were missing. I have been trying unsucessfuly to get the remaining parts from them. So I have an incomplete $700 lift kit just sitting in boxes. They do respond to my emails, but it is always excuse after excuse. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else. Whatever small savings you think you are getting is not worth the hassle. |

| I ordered a set of wheels off their website, for which I was charged immediately. I turns out the wheels were discontinued, which I had researched to find out. It took me three weeks to get ahold of them to ask what the status of my order was. I informed them that I thought the wheels were discontinued. One week later they contacted me telling me the wheels were in fact discontinued. I canceled my order at that time and asked how long it would take for my card to be refunded. 3-5 days was there answer. That was 3 weeks ago. Most reputable online outfits do not charge you for backordered items until the item comes available. They have had $1000 of my money tied up for almost 2 months | |

| After a month and a half of not getting my parts and having it blamed on the manufacturer, Offroad Toystore finally sent me some replacement items from a different manufacturer. Only nothing fits. It's been 3 weeks of promises about getting it resolved but no action. I've finally demanded a refund, but they won't answer the phone or call back when I leave messages. They must have caller ID and ignore the customers with problems. Will NEVER do business with them again. |

| I got a 5 month runaround from them about a year and a half ago. I feel they have poor customer service with no follow up whatsoever. They also will make a bunch of promises about making it right and never follow through. They were quick to take my money but I had to hound them for 3 weeks until they refunded my money. | This is the worst online sight Ive been to, BAR NONE! I ordered a 33eng hand throttle in MARCH, talked to the sale staff severel times on the phone and via e-mail... Mid May still no Throttle. They now say that a subsitute from Rubicon Express was ordered for me because the 33eng was on back order, then turned around and blamed the people at RE for not putting the right address on the package! | This company is a shining example of how all online retailers should operate. I have dealt with them on a few occasions and plan to make another large purchase soon. Parts are shipped promptly, questions are answered completely and with a sense of urgency, and mistakes are corrected without hassle. internet business isa tough job and it's easy to treat your customers as though they are a non-entity due to the medium at which purchases are made.
