| Had a rear diff rebuilt. Did a good job but damaged the pinion seal upon reinstalling. It took another month before he could get me in to have it replaced. When I picked it up it had a vibration that it didn't have when I brought to him. It turned out that somehow they had damaged the rear u-joint while reinstalling the new seal. This u-joint along with my front one were less then one year old. I had him replace it but was asked to pay 100.00. We compromised and I paid 50.00. I shouldn't have been charged for this for I didn't damage it. Differential runs smooth without any noise. Also now no leaks or vibration. | |
