Customer Rating Buyers Beware!!!!!

We are an independent Custom Off-Road shop/retailer that installs for customers ALL over the world. Recently had a customer contact us about a 3.5inch AEV 2 door JK lift with many other add ons from AEV.. Placed the order the same day we nailed down the build. SUDDENLY... The customer had to cancel order with us>>> NO PROBLEM we said!! We refunded their money, minus the shipping which the customer understood. This is where EVERTHING goes wrong. So I call my sales rep. and explained the situation. He said to me I need to talk with my manager and I will call you back with how to proceed with us returning entire order. No phone call back. 2 days later I call and he states that I will be responsible for shipping back product at my expense, I said no worries. I asked if there would be a restocking fee, he said no that he would take care of us. I said thank you very much and that we appreciated that. We placed all the product on shipping pallet with shrink wrap placed securely around pallet and product. UPS freight picked up and was delivered 2 days later and signed by an employee of AEV. My sales rep never calls like instructed he would call. Finally after he comes back from vacation I hear back. He is now telling us there is a restocking fee because 1 box in the entire order was damaged in the initial shipping from their carrier. Get this its 15% of entire order which is $395.10!! At this point all we wanted was our company credit card refunded immediately!! That's was 2 weeks ago yes two weeks ago!!! Still NOTHING!! No Refund of any kind. Mind you we lost $631.11 dollars from this complete debacle. Now all we are getting is let me transfer you to every Tom, Dick and Harry in company.. As off today December 1st 2016 nothing, when this all began weeks ago. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't bother calling or emailing these guys. Five emails unanswered and 4 phone calls before I could be transfered to the "Tech" department and the call went to his email! Not sure how these people stay in business!

Customer Rating Horrible communication/customer service

My rating is purely based on the company as a whole and not the product they offer. After a week and a half the status of my order never changed. Naturally I inquired about the status. First e-mail went unanswered. First phone call, I left voicemail and it was not returned. Second phone call same as first with a slight twist. The voicemail message the second time indicated they were out of the office for one week at a trade show. I waited and then sent another e-mail and I did get a response. David Harriton responed and informed me the product was temporarily out of production and he would check status tomrorow.

It has been 21 days and after two more e-mails, one of which was a request to cancel my order, I finally chose to call my credit card company to change my card number. This was a last resort as I wasn't confident in this company and didn't want a package to arrive and charge on my card even after I chose to cancel the order.
