| Its funny, I was about hit send with a really negitive responce from this guy/company. But who knows why last week or two he hasnt responded to my emails/calls. Few minits ago he called, and I ask why took so long, he said he was "busy" whatever that means. Me and my bud bought a hole lift kit, SYE kit, and drive shaft. DC4WD did note that lift kit would take longer to ship. Which was fine, We receaved the lift and it was missing the front bump stops, no biggy, second monday of Jan (after doing the lift). I tryed contacting him, never got a repley. So I figured I would wait until i get the slip yoke installed to tell him missing part, and give the shaft measurements. After few emails/calls last week, and no responce, few minits ago I got a call from DC4WD and got everything cleared up. So im really hopeing to get this install fully completed, sence second week of Dec till dam near end of Jan, we been trying to do this install. Not fun. A word to DC4WD, Like the other guy, I would recommend spending little more time on customer service, The guy Im doing this install for (buyer) wasnt pleased, Even tho i tryed camling him down , even now we both are little dissapointed. But I will note, DC4WD did save us close dam near 500~600 bucks.. I would continue to do buiness with this company, only if the customer service is improved. |

| Ordered/paid for a poison spyder cage,11/28. was told 12/19 it shipped 12/18. between christmas and new year asked for a tracking number, no reply. Apparently the cage will not ship untill end of jan, and was treated with no respect or customer service whatsoever. I know he is not the manufacturer, but i AM his customer! now in a fight to get a refund...paid immediately, told the refund will take upto 30 days, and may be a check (paid instantly with paypal) |

| I have purchased quite a few items for my jeep from DC and have had only good experiences from him. The only reason for nine stars was that he sold me gears that were not all that good. I am new and now I know. Otherwise you dont get a better price and the service is always top notch. | |

| I recently recieved a Terra ESS SYE and TW DS at a substantial savings from DC4WD. His service is great as are his prices. Plus he is a former active duty Marine, that counts for something among fellow Marines. :D I will be purchasing most of my future accessories from DC4WD. | |

| Probably one of the best buying experiences of my life so far. Had some issues with my credit card, but DC figured it all out and it worked out perfectly. So excited to get my REBB...and for $20 cheaper than everyone else!! Once he got payment, my order shipped fast! Got it in the time period DC said. Very good customer service with the credit card issue, then never had to speak to them again! Got it right the FIRST time--that's how it's supposed to be! Thanks DC4WD...keep it up. | |

| DC has great prices, the best I found anywhere. But even better than that, he knows Jeeps and he knows what he sells. He knows what works and what doesn't, and he'll tell you. If you lucky enough to live with in a few hours, Fincastle,VA... his work and prices can't be beat. He keeps you informed and answers his email/phone, no BS. Highly recommended. | |

| DC is the man, he set me up with a great deal for gears, carriers, and master install kits. Locker would have been cheap too had I any money to buy one. Well known in Jeep forums for great prices and great service, seems to sell alot of things, check his website for the different brands he sells. |
