Install was pretty straightforward. Looks like it will do exactly what is expected. Protect the plastic radiator tank on my Jeep TJ.

The install of the steering box skid plate from Skid Row was simple. Instructions were easy to follow. Haven't put it through it's paces yet, but it's cheap insurance.

i was wheeling in my 05 tj with 2 inch coil spacer lift. I couldnt see the steep crack in front of me when the jeep bottomed out pretty hard on solid rock. i got out to check for damage and nothing broke just the skid plate had minor scratches on it. it took the whole weight of the jeep and no dents or cracks. Great product.

The Skid Row steering box skid is the basic run of the mill steering box skids. IMHO steering box skids are all pretty much the same. I have scratched it a few times but really never bashed it. Install was easy and I would recommend a SR steering skid to friends.
