Still waiting on a TJ rear bumper and tire carrier. 50 DAYS AND COUNTING. Difficult to get a hold of someone to find out reasons for delay. |

I'm running a 54" Jeeperman front bumper. The folks at Jeeperman were very friendly. The quality of their bumper is fantastic, so much so that I actually have on order their rear bumper system and new pre-runner light hoop. I understand that Jeeperman manufacturers in demand items and they are a smaller company. Their reputatation for quality on Jeepforum is great, IMHO the quality of their product justifies waiting for it. Don't sacrifice quality for speed. |

Great Products, Long Wait, Damaged Parts |

Ordered a rear bumper, front bumper, heavy duty frame bracket, and front light hoop. Long delays (had to fabricate and powder coat) on 3 of the 4 items. Front bumper came bent at bracket attaching to frame rail (not shipping damage). Scrathes on both front and rear bumper where they ripped through box in transit. 6 weeks have gone by and still waiting for light hoop. I was offered "trouble with laser cutter" twice as reason why. Painful process!!! |

I ordered a single hoop front 46" bumper {the old style) from them, I'd just like to say I went into this knowing that it would take about six to eight weeks to get this non painted, non powder coated bumper. Well that eight weeks turned into about thirteen weeks and after complaining to them that I need my bumper I finally get it, it was powder coated and chipped up, I never received a apology for the time it took and the condition that it was in. |

I've purchased a couple of items from Jeeperman/Raingler and my experiences were excellent. Great service, quick response to my email questions, and the products are solid too.
