After a month and a half of not getting my parts and having it blamed on the manufacturer, Offroad Toystore finally sent me some replacement items from a different manufacturer. Only nothing fits. It's been 3 weeks of promises about getting it resolved but no action. I've finally demanded a refund, but they won't answer the phone or call back when I leave messages. They must have caller ID and ignore the customers with problems.
Will NEVER do business with them again. |

I ordered 2 sets of Spidertrax 1-1/4" wheel spacers--the ones that are really hard to find. It seems nearly everyone it out of stock, even Spidertrax. OffRoadToyStore had them on my porch exactly 8 days after I ordered them online (this is November 05). Great delivery time. |

I got a 5 month runaround from them about a year and a half ago. I feel they have poor customer service with no follow up whatsoever. They also will make a bunch of promises about making it right and never follow through. They were quick to take my money but I had to hound them for 3 weeks until they refunded my money. Each time I called them about the refund it was a different excuse.

Excellent communication!!!!!!! Awesome to deal with. They are even setup on IM so I was able to get right in with them and ask questions before ordering. Very knowledgable and helpful.
The product came in as promised with shipping/tracking info.
They are even promising to send some decals for products I have that they have. |

This is the worst online sight Ive been to, BAR NONE! I ordered a 33eng hand throttle in MARCH, talked to the sale staff severel times on the phone and via e-mail... Mid May still no Throttle. They now say that a subsitute from Rubicon Express was ordered for me because the 33eng was on back order, then turned around and blamed the people at RE for not putting the right address on the package! Come on! |

This company is a shining example of how all online retailers should operate. I have dealt with them on a few occasions and plan to make another large purchase soon. Parts are shipped promptly, questions are answered completely and with a sense of urgency, and mistakes are corrected without hassle.
internet business isa tough job and it's easy to treat your customers as though they are a non-entity due to the medium at which purchases are made. OffroadToyStore doesn't allow that to happen. |
