Do not buy from Tellico4x4. I bought a receiver hitch and they send me the wrong item. I had to pay shipping back and got charge a 20% re-stocking fee. Even thought it was their mistake I had to pay. They offer to give me 100% percent back in tellico credit but to buy again I would have to pay shipping again. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! |

Order a new starter for my 2000 Jeep Wrangler SE. Found the description in the catalog that matched exactly: 2000 Jeep Wrangler SE 4cyl, 5spd manual. Order the part and a week later got it. Opened the box, right part number, wrong starter. Mounting bolts oriented horizontally not vertically. Called and found out from ther tech support, that he would have picked this part, too. Customer service had a different interpretation and informed me that I should have know that the part for a 1998-2000 Jeep Cherokee w/ fuel injection was the correct choice. The Wrangler was the secondary application listed. I would be responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Rather than continue the crappy attitude I got from either women at customer service, I returned the started. Never again. Be very careful as their catalog is not the clearest of descriptions. However, it's an easy way for them to make a quick 20% restocking fee. |

I purchased a front hub conversion kit and a ring and pinion set. Paid with Visa immediately. It took seven days to recieve the first part of the order (the ring and pinion) the tracking number for that portion arrived via email one day after recieving the ring and pinion. After ten days I recieved the tracking number for the second part of the order (hub conversion kit). It took 14 days to arrive. Tellico has prices just slightly better than their competition but due to the snail pace of the shipping, I will not use them again. |

They have lower prices, but when you include thier higher shipping costs, your not saving any money. |

Ordered bumperettes and rear frame cover for my Wrangler. They sent wrong items and wanted to charge me a restocking fee for their mistake. Dealing with Tellico was a hassle from the word go. |

Ordered slider half doors for my TJ. They came in a timely manner. I tried to install the drivers side piece and it would not fit the opening or seal properly at least 1/3 of the way around the door opening.
They won't take the parts back and return my money (over $300); instead they want me to ship the parts to CA from MI at my expense with a threat that if they are not found to be defective, they will keep them and I get nothing. Seems like I already have nothing! |

I have placed two different orders with Tellico4x4 and each transaction was flawless. Prices are competitive, confirmation of order and tracking information was received on a timely basis, and I have no complaints.
