I have a 60% of my order that was submitted two months ago. Will not respond to e-mails or phone calls. Now the webpage is out. Don't let the lower prices fool you....the lack of customer service will cost you plenty. |

I have been trying for days to contact Swiss Mountatin about half my order being missing. they will not answer emails or phone calls. I am going to disput my credit card company now. |

Horrible Customer Service - Basically I orderded a Jeeperman bumper from then on OCT 12th. Being an excited antsy guy, i called them after a couple of days when the message on their website hadn't changed from a "pending" status. They then proceded to tell me that they would call Jeeperman and work the whole situation out and give me a call back. Well they never called me back and after about a week I called them. They then gave me the same message and I again foolishly waited a week. I finally called them and demanded an answer and they told me that it was Jeeperman's fault adn had something to do with the powdercoating process. When i posted my problem on the internet a couple of days later, i got an immediate response from Jeeperman, telling me that there were plenty of bumpers instock. Jeeperman, then took it upon themselves to handle the situation and I am glad to say that I will finally be taking delievery of this product tomorrow. I still have yet to hear from Swiss Mountian 4x4. I will never do business with them again. |

Thanks to Anthony and his great "Customer Service" Swiss Mountain 4x4 really came through with a great price and fast delivery on the Warn Rear Bumper w/Tire Carrier I ordered... From the East Coast to the Southern California in just days..

After a shipping mix-up that probably wasn't their fault, Swiss Mountain went above and beyond to take care of the situation. Their low prices and free shipping were what attracted me in the first place, and it is rare to find someone who is willing to work with you to resolve a situation as Swiss Mountain did with me. I will definitely go back. |

I was looking to upgrade to a stronger Tie-rod on my TJ and I just happen to ask what his opinion was on a Tie-rod modification. He laughed and told me that I could settle or I could go even bigger. His solution was indeed a better one as well he saved me time and money on the project.

I would like to thank Anthony @ Swiss Mtn 4x4 for the service & parts that I received on time & w/out any problems, Anthony even tracked my Jeep parts for me due to computer problems.
I'm in the middle of my CJ8 build-up & it helps out very much that the service; pricing & parts are great & correct.
I will be doing business again w/Swiss Mtn & I recomend them to all Jeepers.

After I placed my first order with Swiss Mountain 4x4, i have went back to them for everything I need. They dont limit their inventory, they have everything from hardcore suspension and crawler parts, to interior accessories like CB's.
The staff is very knowledgable, and seems to care about the customers, and without a doubt they have some very good prices on their stuff. |

when trying to get all i needed to finush my rig seemed like all the other 4x4 places could only get part of what i needed and that i would end up having to get orders from various other places......... when i stumbled upon swissmountain4x4.com they had everything i needed and prices were great as well!!
