| These guys talk a good game but do not deliver. I spent in excess of $15,000 (not a miss print). The work was shoddy and largely incomplete. They had my jeep for 11 months for something that should probably take about 40 hours for a competent tech to complete. They made illegal modifications to my jeep making it illegal to tag in any state, even for off-road use. I even specifically asked them not to. I did not even get jam nuts for the steering. Are you kidding me? Seriously run the other way. Do not even let them change your oil! They do not mind screwing you at all. | |

| If you dont care about customer support this are the guys for you. The have the chepest prices in a lot of things in their Online Store. Now don't expect to get a hold of them, they wold not answer; Emails, phone calls or their stupid live customer support from the website. Now everything I orderd got here in a short time and nothing missing from the order!!! I recommended them to a friend with a fair warning about the CS, he got his stuff no problem. | I have dealt with these guys several times and spent around 4000 dollars with them. They have good prices but if theres a problem good luck getting touch with them. Its like they just up and leave for a couple of weeks at the time. I`ve been tring to call them for 3 weeks on an order I put in 1 month ago. This is my first time having this problem but I sent a couple of buddies to them and they had a nightmare getting there stuff. Should have learned from them. Just pay a little more and get your stuff from someone worth a damn. | |

| "F" Rating on Better Business Bureau. Ask me how I know... Cause I checked them out AFTER the fact. Can't get them to answer my calls or emails. If you return a part THEN they tell you there is a restocking fee. Said parts were damaged that were not even used. DO NOT WALK. . . . RUN RUN RUN before they stick you like they stuck me. | |

| I ordered a bumper/tire carrier to made for my TJ. Alex tells me it will be to my door in nine days. The day before I am supposed to receive it they email and tell me it isn't ready! Six and half weeks later I get only half the bumper (no tire carrier) eight weeks later I still don't have the tire carrier. I have left twenty six messages and sent several emails, and been put on terminal hold only to be disconnected, no response from Alex yet! Good luck buying from PORC! The only reason I gave the any stars is because they do have good prices if you ever get the products. | |
