Great tire have had 3 sets on 3 different vehicles. Always had long tread life, great ride, and go great in the snow. Just don't work so great in the mud but for a AT I wouldn't have anything but a BF |

I have the BFG All Terrains and the tread life is amazing. With the cost of my Jeep habit it's nice to know that there is something out there tha is worth what you pay for it. Little tread ware and great off road! |

I have a stock 04 tj and those garbage GSA's did nothing but slip and slide in my weekend adventures. Since my tj is an everyday driver i needed a good all around tire and the BFG at/ko's are great on and off road. I've expanded my weekend warrior adventures and they perform in every terrain i've tried so far. (NE woods, soft sand, snow, and mud) |

The 1998 TJ Sahara I bought a while ago came with these A/Terrains 33X10.5R15 and so far I find they are pretty adequate for a weekend in the hills. I am planning on replacing them with a set of 35'' Cooper Discovery's or Thornbirds, I find the lack of an aggressive tread not worth the money. They are a decent tire and get the job done, but if I was planning on spending the money I would just spend a little more and do it right. The raised white lettering is cool and they do have a pretty decent sidewall. I did some pretty extreme crawling up the side of a mountain but at times wished I had something with a little more "grab". They do not self clean as well as a Mud Terrain does (obvious) but are quiet on the road and have a good tread life. Honestly if I were you planning on putting the money into your ride just go the extra mile and get some Interco's, Mickey T's or Coopers. But decent for those wanting good performance without hearing the roar of them on the road. All in all a good tire, but there are better one's out there. |

I bought my wrangler TJ with these tires installed, and i love the way they feel when driving. They definitely add to an aggressive look to your rig, and are worth the price. They are quite and pack a punch! |

I am running BFG A/T/s for almost 10 years on my TJ. I picked up a set of 2006 Rubicon wheels with the factory Goodyear MTR's still on them with 80% tread. They are horrible compared to the BFG's. Noisey, slippery, handling, etc. I am going to put the BFG's back on this thing as quick as I can before I die from sliding off a dry road. I don't do enough off road to make it worth keeping the Goodyears. I actually drive my Jeep on the road most of the time. |

I have a set on my Jeep, upgrading from the stock tires. These have been magnificent so far off road and on. Not a single complaint.
Quiet on the highway, which shocked me for an off-road tire.

I had a set of these tires, and they just don't hold up very good for a heavy truck. They were shot at about 28000, and this was with rotating 6000 miles. I did not use them off road, this was all road miles. 265-75-16 with max air pressure. I will not buy another set. |

These tires seem to be a GREAT pick, for a vehicle that's driven on road a lot (as mine is), and occasionally taken off road. No, it's not a great mud tire, but then again it's suprisingly quiet on the road! Seems to work good in snow, and while I don't have a lot of miles on mine yet, I am very pleased thus far! |

I just got these on my jeep and let me tell you what a difference a tire makes. I went from the Badyear MT/R to these puppies. On road they are right on! Nice quite and smooth ride. Great handeling. I still haven't taken them off road this is why I didn't give them 10 stars. But as a DD in the city they are awsome! |

This is one of the best all terrain tires out there. As the name states, they are good for all types of terrain, just not excellent in any one. I drive my TJ almost 60 miles round trip to work and back on these and they ride fine and the tread wear has been very good. I wheel with them too and so far they have performed very well, especially on dry rock. I do make an effort to stay out of the deep mud.....because that's what Mud tires are for. |

When I bought my Jeep it had 30K miles on it and the previouse owner put BFG All Terrains on after only about 5K miles. I kept the All Terrains until I could afford a lift and BFG Mud Terrains. At this point the Jeep had nearly 80K miles on it and the tires were worn but still rode fine. They did not perform spectacularlly off-road but for the minimul tread that was left and the fact that they are an "All Terrain" tire they did very well. If you take care of them and primarilyy drive on the street they are an awsome tire. I was very happy with them. |

I have run these tires for 2 years now. I off road in the mtns here almost weekly and spend the rest of the time on the highway. Awesome on the road manners, quiet, smooth, great in corners on ice and snow. Off road, just mediocre if you do any serious 4x4'ing.
Mud and snow are just not in these tires abilities. There is not enough paddles to pull material through and the voids are too small to clean out the treads, believe me, I run a modified 401 in my YJ and even locked up I cannot spin 'em enough to clean out the bad stuff. Rocks are another weak spot. However for those who do moderate wheeling but lots of highway riding, these are top tires overall and last forever. |

I have been driving my 97 Wrangler with the 33x12.50 BFG All-Terrains for over a year now. Have much more than half tread left. A little louder than the Michelin LTX i had on before, but looks much better, actually rides better than the Michelins, and performs great offroad for a good street tire. Cannot say anything better for a offroad tire with great street capabilities. Good for someone who wants the ability to have good offroad performance without sacraficing street drivability. |

I have a set of these on my 98 TJ. I have had them for over 60,000 miles. I use them for wheeling, on road they handle nicely and not loud at all.
Off road these tires excel on dry rocks and are marginal in the mud. They do the trick but don't self clean very well.
The sidewalls hold up nicely as I have really abused them and never had a problem rubbing them on rocks or trees.
For the daily driver / weekend wheeler I think these tires are the best bang for the buck. I would step up to Goodyear MT/R but you have to have the $$$ for those.

I just put these BFG A/T tires on my 94 Z71(i know this is a jeep site) and i wasn't expecting much but they were cheap from a friend so i got them. Anyways after the other day i have no complaints, my tires are 33/13.5/r16 and they do great even in thick sloshy mud my only complaint is the don't clean themselves very well(beware of "snowballing"). I had a jeep with super swampers on it and i became accustomed to a self cleaning tire. But for an every day truck and part time mud truck i will highly recommend these tires. |

Versatility is the keyword here. Not for hardcore offroad duty but excellent for a mix of DD and mild offroad. The most amazing aspect for me was the treadwear on my first set - 71000 miles (2000 TJ). Wow. |

These are so much better than my OEM Goodyear Wrangler RT/S tires! There is absolutely no comparison between the two. The puny 215x75R15 RT/S's were the worst tires that I have ever owned, save for a mismatched set of Western Auto $60 specials on my old POS Mustang in college.
How are the BFG's compared to other top quality AT's? I don't know. But they are excellent in all road conditions and do quite well in loose, wet mud and sand. I was not expecting them to be this good.
I went up from the 27.5" OEM's to a basic, Jeep-sized 30x9.5R15 and have been smiling ever since.
I know that there are many fine alternatives to the oh-so-common BFG's; but until my Jeep is retired from Daily Driver status, these are the tires for me.
I would recommend these tires to anyone with a TJ if they use their rig as a DD but still go wheeling on a regular basis. Off of the pavement they are EXACTLY what I wanted. On the road they surpass my expectations for handling and noise. They ride smoothly and quietly and are great in the rain. They are very well-designed tires, able to function in a variety of roles with no real problems.
I plan to replace my BFG's with more of the same when the time comes. But I caught the Jeep modification bug, so they'll be just a bit bigger next time around! ;^) |

I have the 31x10.5x15 tires on my YJ. The BFG T/A KOs are a nice choice if you do mild-moderate wheeling and still do some driving on the road. They also have good traction in the snow. I have approx. 12,000 miles on my tires and the tread is holding up well. Would highly recommend to the weekend off-road warrior / week day daily driver. |

I love them. I had to wait a day to get them and glad I did. They are good on road as well as off. I have heard they were not good for the sand dunes but I have used them often on the outer banks of NC and have no negative to say about their performance. I have to say this also. I drive the highway every other weekend to NC and back to VA for about 300 miles each way and the noise level is very comfortable. I will never buy another tire except maybe the MT. |

I've been nothing but pleased with the performance of my BFG ATs (33x12.5x15). My Jeep is a daily driver that sees a lot of highway miles. These tires are super quiet (no audible difference over my stocks GSAs).
I was also pleasantly surprised with how these tires handle offroad. I typically air them down to about 10lbs and I'm amazed at how well they've done in New England mud and snow. In my opinion, this is a very capable all terrain tire. Would I put them on a trail-only rig?...no, but they work great for what they were designed for (all terrain). |
