Features: The JB Conversions NP231HD is a bolt-on replacement for any Jeep or Dodge NP231 transfer case. Basically, JB Conversions starts with an empty NP231 t-case and loads it with aftermarket upgrades to make it super strong. Some of the upgrades include: wider chain, wide tooth main sprocket & front output shaft, heavy duty slip yoke eliminator (SYE) w/ 32 spline output shaft, 6 pinion planetary gear set, new bearings, new seals, new filter pickup, new thrust washers, etc.
