I like this better than a total disconnect. There is a little more control. Sturdy and easy to change settings from loose to tight. Articulation is much better than stock. |

This kit is a compromise - ie it does not operate as good as a connected stock sway bar on the road, nor does it provide it as much articulation as a disconnected sway bar off the road. I bought a TJ with one already fitted and hated the onroad ride handling, it went in the skip as I couldn't even give it away. I am now running a premier branded disconnect and the handling is superb. |

This is one of the best mods I've added to my TJ. It offers enough stability on the road that I feel safe driving my Jeep at freeway speeds. And yet off-road it offers heeps of articulation while at the same time providing excellent body control. I have noticed the TJ feels very well balanced between the two axles and feels very stable on side-hill trails.
One of the other nice side benefits is that I don't need to futz with any swaybar disconnects. Apart from airing down I can simply roll onto the trail and roll off. No need to fight the Jeep to re-align end link pins, especially on a muddy Jeep in the pouring rain at night.
Awesome product and highly advisable. |
