I have a 1987 full size Bronco with a "HEAVY" straight 6-300ci. I put RS5000 shocks on it and I destrode them in less than a 1 month. That was with new Skyjacker coils and replacement of all steering components at the same time and new ProComp tires. These shocks are made for lite vehicles and lite off road. The truck had Gabriel shocks on it that lasted 3yrs. I will now try the RSX Rancho shocks. |

These shocks are decent, they are nothing fancy but then again they are not supposed to be. For the value they have done very well for me. I will upgrade to something a little more off-road friendly when can finally save enough for a bigger/better lift and tires. |
