Problems with getting the kit first and foremost. Full Traction claimed they were waiting on the supplier for the bushings in the kit. Overall it took 7 weeks to get to me. When I got the kit the bushings for the shocks were not pressed in, after calling full traction, all I got was attitude and a remark that they should've been pressed in. The rep also said if I wanted to send the shocks back and press them in I could do that. Yea, I'm gonna send them back and wait another 7 weeks and pay shipping because you screwed up. I gave attitude back and ended up having to rig them in via bench vise. Not a fun time. Also, the tri link that was the whole selling point is flawed in design. I've read other posts on how to modify the bracket on the frame to accomodate it. The problem which causes the very annoying creak with ANY suspension movement at all is the bushing that mounts to the Jeep frame being squished and bulging out where the link mounts on the drivers side of the vehicle because the link hasnt been designed correctly. I would stay away from this kit and anything else from full traction due to the rude, poor customer service and the fact any kind of design flaw would never exist because of their perfect, better than you attitude. There are plenty of other kits that take your jeep up 4 inches and I'm sure have better service. |

I have the three link upper conversion on my 2005 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and I love it. It flexes great. The wheel travel is limited by the rear sway bar. There is no binding because the kit allows you to remove the rear track bar. The price is descent seeing how you would have to buy upper adjustable control arms and a new track bar if you stayed with the stock set up. I would buy this kit again. |

4" Ultimate Short Arm kit installed for a year now on '06 Rubi Unlimited and still drives straight, tracks true. As with any lift full of heim joint articulation, the pops come and go. Greasing the rubber joint helps limit squeeking. Springs are stiff, but now that side steps, bumpers, skid plates, tire rack and roof rack are in place the suspension appears properly pre loaded. M Force shocks offer good rebound control, but seem stiff in damping of nuisance pot holes. I frequently run my Jeep loaded full of equipment, and recommend this kit for anyone who hauls lots of gear for themselves and others... Rear may sag! Only issues of concern, the articulation of the rear axle and truss allowed enough movement to crush the exhaust pipe. Cut it off after muffler to solve the problem. Front sway bar disconnects are noisy and difficult to engage. This kit will keep your tires on the ground and rocks where they should be! |

My lift squeaks like the other guys mentioned. That does suck but the lift handles business otherwise. My buddy has a rubicon express long arm and he gets noises too so i cannot say if this is not to be expected. |

Out of the box, a great improvement! Nice ride and good articulation.
HOWEVER, after only 5,000 miles squeaks started appearing! (Regularly greased) The big surprise is when I took the hiem joints apart they were dry! This is because there is no passage for the grease to follow to the ball. It only greases the urethane bushing directly under the grease fitting! VERY poor design. Looking into replacements >:( |

Running the 4" ultimate on my 04 Rubicon - this product stinks. Very creeky and squeeky. I've never heard so much noise out of a suspension. I've had it taken apart and regreased three times. FT refuses to acknowlegde their design problems. Going down the trail or my street, everyone knows I'm coming. Would not recommend. |

this lift kit rocks. the ride is great on road and offroad. (i got the m-force shocks with the kit) if i could do it all over i would have started with the best. full traction! install was easy the directions were straight forward. i cant say enough good things about this lift. blows all other short arm suspension kits away |

Honestly for a four inch short arm kit I didn't expect this. Off road it's a dream but on road I can do 75-80 down the freeway and hold the steering wheel with two fingers! Installs clean Amazing!
See ya in the rocks |
