After comparing 5 different manufacturers I decided on the Aluminum Rocker Guards. Simple install, but as stated before the bolts are not long enough in one location on both sides. I called Big Daddy, and seem to have gotten blown off. Good rockers, bad customer service. |

I ordered the aluminum ones with the black powder coating. The powder coat hasn't even lasted the install with some chipping and flaking off. After a week and a car wash the better portion of the step has flaked off almost entirely along one side and continues to bubble and peel off the drivers side after having them for over a month now, they are a great lightweight and are very tough. don't waste the money on any type of finish, apparently nothing addheres to the aluminum surface. |

I purchased the aluminum ones with the black powder coating to resist corrosion due the beach environment where the jeeps always at, i have had them on for a year and on both sides the powder coating is beginning to bubble and around each of the side bolts the coating is blistering bad, even though i always washed the jeep throughly every time out there. I thought they were a great quality product when first out of box, but i was slightly let down.
They look virtually crush proof and the install was not too hard, but the rear bolts that hold the side onto the jeeps tub contact the large metal indents near the bottom of the front seat belt. The washer and the nut never makes good contact so a gap exists between the slider and the body. |

Installed on my 2000 tj and took off for jeep jamboree over the rubicon, worked like a charm, bounced off em' 'bout a trillion times, without a scratch or dent, great support too! the guys at big daddy's were real helpful on a couple of minor install ?'s. |

I have them on my 03 Tj with ARB's F/R and 33's. So I have gotten into some pretty serious situations. For example the Rattler in Paragon. I have laid the jeep on these rockers and they havn't bent at all. They also look great. If you need serious protection these are the ones! |

Great product at a great price paid 190 and shipped for 20, only complaint is there is a small chip in the powdercoat on one end and is rusty already underneath, hasnt spread yet though, had them for 6 months.
Install was easy and seem to be real strong, I have tried to drop down onto them on rocks but have been unlucky so far, came close though:-) |
