Customer Rating Very Happy with them

I will first list the other off-road tires I have owned over the years- BFG MT, BFG AT, Hankook RT03 MT, Kelly DTR, Firehawk RMT. So far, I have used the MTZ's in mud, sand, rocks, rocky water crossings, city and highway driving and I have not been disappointed at all. I was going to buy another set of Hankooks because I loved them on my Samurai but I saw that the MTZ's had sipes and figured they might be better on wet pavement and snow/ice. They are better than any of the tires listed above and are very quiet on the road. They have a good deal of sidewall traction and a very nice bead guard. I would buy these again in a second.

I have about 50,000+ miles on my current set and I think I could go another 10,000 miles. I am going to go bigger next time. They have been great on the highway, very quiet and comfortable. They are great in the snow and they have been better than any BFG I have had. I first got them in Michigan and moved to Colorado. I have not driven in clay but rocks, sand, snow, and mud have not been a problem.

I had a set of these for 40k miles on my TJ, and they were great. They performed well on and off road. Their only downfall is clay, but other than that they were awsome. They performed well in sand, rocks, mud, on the road, in the snow and ice, but as soon as you get into some clay they turn in to slicks. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another set of these.
